Moller Skycar M400
Back in 1986, I was absolutely convinced that flying cars would be widespread by now, mostly thanks to misleading movies & other such media. Today, where I was going definitely needed roads, thank you Dr. Brown.
Still, there's a glimmer of hope that I may one day ride in a flying car before I kick the bucket. How do I retain such enthusiasm in the face of harsh reality I hear you ask? I present to you the Moller Skycar M400.
I suppose the term "car" could be applied quite loosly. I don't care how rich you are, I doubt you could nip down to M&S on a saturday afternoon in this badboy. And what about parking in tight spots eh? Our survey says nope. Though find a shop with a helipad and I guess you'd be laughing thanks to the Skycar M400's vertical take-off facility. Who needs harriers now?
Unfortunately I don't have the best part of half a million quid sitting around to get myself a Skycar M400. If you have 3 other friends who'd be willing to chip in, it can seat 4 quite comfortably. Great for a booze cruise over the channel if you ask me.
Crusing around in the Skycar M400 looking like a red arrow with stabilisers sounds pretty good to me. Only thing I need to get around now is £324k pricetag... ouch.
"Why is it pointless?"
Unless you are very rich, you can't have one. And even if you were, you could probably get a helicopter cheaper
"Why is it cool?"
It's a flying car. Need I say more?
